Please note that International Signed For® items are only tracked up until the point that they leave the UK. Airsure® items are tracked abroad and you’ll get confirmation of final delivery. If the item was being delivered to a business address, please check to see if any of your colleagues have received the item. If the item could not be signed for at a residential address, a note may have been left explaining where to collect the item from, or how to re-arrange delivery. Was the item was sent from a Post Office™ or put in a post box? If the item was sent from a Post Office™ please make sure it was sent using one of our trackable services – these are Airsure® and International Signed For®. We are unable to track items that were put in a post box as these would have been sent by our standard mail services.
